All parcels are sent with Bpost.
Belgium: Home delivery: 6 euros
Netherlands: Home delivery: 9 euros
The deliveries are always with track & trace, only with letterbox post there is no track & trace available.
All prices include VAT

Delivery times
The delivery times depend on the payment method and the time of order. As soon as we have received your payment, we will send your order. If you have placed your order after 4:00 PM, it will be shipped the next working day.
We are not responsible for delays by Bpost.
Delivery to Belgium: 1-3 working days after receipt of payment.
Delivery to the Netherlands: 3-6 working days after receipt of payment.

Return
Products can only be returned if they have not been used and are in their original condition with the original packaging. 
The return shipment is your responsibility. The shipping costs to return your order are for your own account.
You can also choose to return the products in the salon. Please indicate this by e-mail so that a time can be agreed for this. If the product is used or damaged, we cannot take it back. After review and approval of the returned products, we will refund your refund within 7 days.
